Call and chat history
Every conversation leaves a record — transcript, recording, outcome and extracted fields — to review, export or pull over the API.
Every call and chat produces a record: who took part, how it ended, the transcript, the recording for calls, and the results of the flow's structured outputs.
What a record holds
- Transcript — both sides, turn by turn, including tool activity.
- Recording — for calls with recording enabled. Recordings are stored in Frankfurt.
- Outcome — how the call ended, and for campaign rows a result such as no answer or callback requested.
- Extracted fields — the structured output results.
- Your data — the
rowDataandcontextDatathe conversation started with.
Across every conversation
One record is a review; all of them are a measurement. Calls, chats and imported recordings are counted together per agent on the Performance page, using the numeric and yes/no fields your structured outputs produced.
Exporting
Transcripts can be exported one at a time, or in bulk — as a ZIP of files, or combined into a single file.
From the API
Call history, individual call rows, chat sessions and their messages are all available over the API — see Call & chat history. For anything volume-shaped, a session webhook that pushes each finished conversation to you beats polling.
Tip
Put your own identifiers in contextData when you start a conversation. They come back
on the record untouched, so matching a result to your CRM needs no lookup.
