How usage is paid from your balance — topping up, automatic top-ups, and your transaction history.
Calls, chats, automation runs and other usage are paid from your workspace balance.
Topping up
Add funds to your balance from the dashboard, through the same secure checkout as your subscription.
Automatic top-ups
Set a threshold and an amount, and your balance is topped up automatically when it runs low — so a campaign does not stop halfway through a list because the balance ran out.
Tip
Turn on automatic top-ups before launching a large campaign. It is the simplest way to make sure calls keep going overnight.
History
Every charge and top-up appears in your balance history, which can be exported as a PDF for your records.

Your current balance is available at GET /balance — useful for alerting before it runs
low. See Account & numbers.
