Twilio and Telnyx
Use numbers from your own Twilio or Telnyx account for voice, SMS and WhatsApp.
If your numbers already live at Twilio or Telnyx, connect the account and use them in Kilevel directly.
Twilio
Connect with your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token. Twilio numbers can carry:
- voice — inbound and outbound calls;
- SMS — see Email and SMS;
- WhatsApp — see WhatsApp.
Telnyx
Connect your Telnyx account to use its numbers for voice.
After connecting
Each imported number gets a purpose — inbound, outbound or both — and a concurrency setting, like any other number. See Phone numbers.
Note
Calls on your own carrier account are billed by that carrier as well as by Kilevel for the AI side of the call.
