Call Centers/Germany/Anonymised

Project N, a German outbound call center

An established call center with 70 to 100 agents moved its high-volume outbound campaigns onto autonomous voice agents, then rebuilt the operation around them.

A call centre floor: agents at desks wearing headsets, mid-conversation, daylight rather than a dark room.
65%
Less operational time wasted

Representatives speak only with genuinely interested customers, measured against the workflow before automation.

35% → 45%
Outbound target achievement

The share of contacted customers successfully persuaded, reached within a few weeks of the initial integration.

7,000
Outbound contacts per day

Peak daily volume handled inside the Kilevel system.

50k+
API requests per day

Automated system interactions in daily operation, transmitted without error across the campaign period.

The starting position
  • An operational workforce of 70 to 100 agents carrying the entire outbound load by hand.
  • Between 3,000 and 7,000 outbound customer contacts a day, with a manual workflow at every step.
  • Representatives spending much of the day on contacts who were never going to qualify.
  • GDPR obligations that ruled out any approach without real data sovereignty.
What was built
  • 01Manual outbound workflows were replaced with autonomous, action-oriented voice agents running the campaigns end to end.
  • 02The customer’s system and the Kilevel API synchronise on every call event, so campaign state is never reconstructed by hand.
  • 03Campaigns trigger automatically from activity in the customer’s CRM rather than from a scheduled export.
  • 04Qualified contacts are handed to human representatives, who now speak only to people worth speaking to.
